Booking information for 2020

Review our on-line availability calendar to see if the date you require is available. If it is, telephone to book, or complete the email booking enquiry form at the bottom of this page and we will send you further instructions by email. The Facebook page is monitored and we will respond to enquiries via Messenger. Please do not use texts for bookings.
To confirm your booking, payment of the full amount must be made on receipt of the invoice. Please contact our booking officer on

Dates will be confirmed by the Booking Officer, Full payment. Payment details with an online link / BACS information will be sent out in good time. Should you make a cancellation with less than 14 days notice your payment minus an administration charge of £2.50 will be refunded.
Guide to charges for 2020
The Trust is an independent registered charity (No.1075844) and wishes to avoid levying a fixed hire charge. However, it relies heavily on the generosity of the users to contribute towards the substantial running costs of the boat. A guide to the expected donation per group is:-

Please enclose an S.A.E. or provide an email address for acknowledgement of your booking or receipts.
The Trust booking team is manned by volunteers, if you do not get an immediate response please leave a message or use the contact form on the website. Automated reminders for payment will be sent out please ensure full payment is made 7 days in advance of the trip unless a late booking. Under normal circumstances payment cannot be accepted by the Skipper.
The Trust reserves the right to cancel trips if the boat is regarded as unserviceable at any time. The Trust cannot be responsible for delays caused by water shortages, stoppages, canal traffic conditions, mechanical breakdown, or any other cause.
